Primary care is the care that is provided by specialist, who is trained and skilled in comprehensive first contact and then continue the care for persons with any undiagnosed sign, symptom, or health concern, if present which are not limited by problems origin, organ system, or diagnosis. A primary care practice is mainly concerned with serving as the patient's first point of entry into the health care system and continues on the focal point for all needed health care services. This practice provides patients with ready access to their very own personal physician or to an established back-up physician, if the primary physician is not available. Primary care is basically associated with the healthcare promotion, prevention of the disease, maintenance of health, counseling with doctor, patient education, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses in a variety of health care settings. It is mainly performed and managed by a personal physician but sometimes it is also collaborated with other health professional’s expert in this field and also by utilizing consultation.
